The problem on most bars
Powder mixes and sugary syrups burn through steam wands and taste little of real tea. Sticky chai is the craft option, but it needs a skilled barista, a pan and time the queue doesn't have. Stovetop brewing varies from batch to batch and can't keep up at peak.
Syrups & Powders
Powdered chai can take longer to prepare and requires thorough mixing to avoid lumps, gritty residue and inconsistent results. Syrups offer convenience, but may lack the depth and character of properly brewed tea.
Sticky chai
Loved for its craft - but simmered and stretched pan by pan, so it slows service behind the bar when it matters most.
Stovetop brewing
Slow and inconsistent at pace - hard to keep cups identical through a busy rush.
Chai Fusion
No powders to dissolve, no lumps and no complicated preparation. Just hand-brewed Assam tea and aromatic spices in a ready-to-pour concentrate, designed for smooth, consistent preparation behind a busy coffee bar.
The chai itself
We believe a truly exceptional chai should be about much more than sweetness. It should be rich, aromatic and wonderfully balanced - allowing the natural character of the tea and spices to shine through in every cup. That's exactly what we've created with Jeeves & Jericho Chai Fusion.
At the heart of our chai is hand-picked, single-estate Assam black tea, carefully blended with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, star anise, nutmeg and black pepper in our closely guarded recipe, slowly steeped and brewed by hand in small batches. The result is beautifully rich and full-bodied, with layers of warming spice and a depth of flavour that doesn't disappear when milk is added.
Chai Fusion puts the tea and spices first: no unnecessary additives, no preservatives and no shortcuts. It's a recipe we've spent years perfecting, earning a loyal following among specialty coffee shops, professional baristas and chai lovers who appreciate the difference.
Better sourcing
Relationships with farmers, a shorter supply cycle and real transparency on growing conditions and harvest dates. Shorter chains mean more money in farmers' hands - and more attention to quality.
We DIY
We brew and package everything under one roof. Chai Fusion passes a rigorous R&D process before it lands in your cup - we're tough critics and don't release anything we don't feel great about.
Versatility
Made for the speciality coffee shop, the latest coffee menu, breakfast favourites and cocktails. Chai Fusion inspires creativity behind the bar - and outside the cup.
Hand-brewed. Naturally full of character.
Made for people who know great chai.
Jeeves & Jericho Chai Fusion - Tea with character.
Why our chai stands apart
Chai Fusion is naturally brewed from real Assam black tea and carefully selected natural spices - nothing else doing a flavour's job. Many chai products on the market rely on artificial flavourings, preservatives or stabilisers to imitate what proper brewing delivers naturally. Ours doesn't need them.
The Chai Fusion difference
Brewed by hand, by teasmiths, in the UK
A closely guarded recipe, perfected over years and brewed in small batches in our chai kitchens. Not a factory syrup - a craft product built for the trade.
Single estate Assam & real spices
Hand-picked tippy Assam, real spices sourced from collectives worldwide and traceable back to farm level, sweetened with the finest unrefined dark brown sugar and molasses. 100% natural - nothing else.
Speed, consistency & quality in the cup
One part concentrate to five parts milk - any milk works; our pick is Moma Professional Oat.
Menu development & recipes included
Extensive recipe ideas and menu development support to build signature serves your customers can't get elsewhere - wrapped in distinctive, stylish branding that earns its place on your bar.
Our process · 1
Grind
Spices are ground fresh in our mill room before every batch - nothing sits stale on a shelf.
Our process · 2
Steep
Steeped for over eight hours in 800 litre batches in our custom kettles, with the spices in constant circulation to optimise extraction.
Our process · 3
Bottle
Then we triple filter and bottle in both the 500ml and 1000ml bottle sizes - all made in-house, by hand, in the UK.
◆ Sourcing matters: every ingredient is traceable back to the farm level - a more equitable food system, in a bottle you can feel good about.
Hand-brewed in the UK by our own teasmiths - already poured in specialty coffee bars across the UK & Europe.
Single estate Assam tea and real spices, slowly brewed by hand. Spice-forward, not too sweet - sugar added just to bring out the complexities of the spices.
Why it's genuinely different
Flavour before sweetness
The recipe is designed so sugar never overpowers the tea or spices. You get warmth, fragrance, richness and a beautifully rounded finish - not an overly sweet drink.
A distinctive secret recipe
Developed and refined over years, delivering a recognisable flavour customers return for. The balance of black tea, natural sweetness and warming spice is central to the product.
Small-batch craftsmanship
We haven't compromised the recipe for mass-production convenience. Chai Fusion stays hand-brewed, with carefully selected ingredients in every batch.
Natural - nothing unnecessary
No added preservatives, no additives. Tea, spices, unrefined dark brown sugar and molasses - and that's the whole formula.
Stands up to milk
Dilution is chai's biggest challenge. Chai Fusion is designed to keep its rich tea character and aromatic spice profile when blended with dairy or plant-based milk.
Built for professional baristas
The 1L glass bottle and portion-control pump simplify service, improve consistency and cut waste - approximately 25 servings per 1L bottle at the standard 40ml serve.
Speed of service
Step 1
Pump
Add 40ml of Chai Fusion concentrate to a cup or milk jug - quick, clean, no prep, no waste. A portion-control pump ships with every case of 4 × 1L bottles, so every barista pours the same serve.
Step 2
Steam
Combine with 200ml of your milk of choice and steam until hot. Our house pour: Moma Professional Oat Milk - silky, sweet and made for chai. All dairy and alternative milks work too.
Step 3
Serve
A bold, spiced, authentic Bombay chai latte. Pour over ice for the iced version - same bottle, same consistency.
Distribution
"We're expanding our network of specialty coffee roasters and food and drink distributors across the UK, Europe and the UAE."

A premium, small-batch, hand-brewed chai made with single-estate Assam black tea and carefully selected aromatic spices - warming spices lead rather than excessive sweetness. Natural, with no unnecessary additives or preservatives, and the speed, consistency and quality specialty coffee shops demand.
Sticky chai is loved for its craft, but it is simmered and stretched pan by pan - which means queues and inconsistency at peak. Chai Fusion delivers that authentic, hand-brewed character in seconds, so the craft stays and the wait goes.
Add 40ml of Chai Fusion concentrate to a cup or milk jug, combine with 200ml of your milk of choice and steam until hot and frothy. Serve. For iced chai latte, combine the same quantities with chilled milk and serve over ice.
All dairy and alternative milks work - the 1:5 ratio holds hot or iced, so cups stay consistent across every barista on shift. Our preferred pour is Moma Professional Oat Milk: it steams to a silky microfoam and lets the spice lead.
Single estate Assam black tea, purified water, unrefined dark brown sugar and molasses, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, star anise, mixed spice, nutmeg, cardamom, fennel seed and allspice. That's it - all natural.
